Ele fica danificado e um pequeno cilindro sai de seu interior, sem que Tintim perceba. Logo Tintim e Milu vão à biblioteca, onde tentam encontrar mais informações sobre o navio retratado no modelo. Ao retornar percebem que o galeão foi roubado. Tintim vai até a mansão recentemente comprada pelo doutor Sakharine (Daniel Craig), um dos interessados em comprar o modelo, mas nada descobre. Ao retornar ele encontra o cilindro e percebe que, dentro dele, há uma pista para um tesouro perdido. É o início de uma nova aventura, onde Tintim e Milu se juntam ao capitão Haddock (Andy Serkis) na disputa contra Sakharine para encontrar o tesouro.( orter, who is always looking for good story. Tintin goes to the mansion recently purchased by Dr. Sakharine (Daniel Craig), interested in buying one of the model, but finds nothing.On his return he finds the cylinder and realize that within it there is a clue to a lost treasure. It is the beginning of a new adventure where Tintin and Snowy join theCaptain Haddock (Andy Serkis) in the race against Sakharine to find the treasure.)
Num futruro não muito distante, as lutas de boxe já não são mais travadas entre seres humanos e sim através de robôs enormes, capazes de desferir golpes ultrapotentes e impactantes no oponente e para o espectador. Neste ambiente, Charlie (Hugh Jackman) é um ex-boxeador falido, que se vira com máquinas obsoletas e, quase sempre, perdedoras. Morando de favor com Bailey (Evangeline Lilly), filha de seu falecido treinador, ele acaba sendo chamado pela Justiça por causa da morte da ex-mulher e a futura guarda do filho deles. O problema é que Max (Dakota Goyo) tem 11 anos, Charlie nunca teve o menor contato com ele e, por isso, prefere que ele fique com a cunhada, mediante o pagamento de uma polpuda “recompensa”. Mas o garoto é muito esperto e aos poucos vai conquistando o coração do lutador. Para completar, o menino é uma fera nos videos games e tem chances reais de ajudá-lo a treinar uma nova máquina de combate e mudar para sempre o destino deles. Agora, tudo que eles precisam é começar do zero e ir subindo no ranking para enfrentar o campeão dos campeões
